Scott Bradshaw is the Director of the FPF Missions Base and led the team that established the Missions Base. After completing his Masters of Divinity, Scott was ordained to the ministry and served for over 30 years as a pastor, church planter, teacher, as well as ministering widely abroad. As a spiritual father he has a great love for the emerging generation, for intimacy with Jesus, the breakthrough of the Kingdom in power, and for the establishment of a dwelling place for the presence of God and “day and night” intercession. He and his wife Sue have two children and two grandchildren. |

Bowie Curry serves as an Associate Director of the FPF Missions Base. An ordained minister, he has ministered for over 30 years as a pastor, community prayer leader, and the founder and director of “PrayerNet” and “Watchmen’s Prayer Ministry”, two regional networking ministries of intercessors and church prayer leaders. He is known widely for his gift of teaching as well as a deep anointing for prayer. Bowie is a beloved spiritual father in our region, and has been a leader in the prayer movement across our community for many years. He and his wife Barbara have three children and two grandchildren. |

David Bradshaw is an Associate Director of the FPF Missions Base and leads our events department, including our weekly “The Gathering”, and our annual “Awaken the Dawn” regional conference, while serving in the Prayer Room. David led a fruitful worship and outreach ministry to youth and young adults called “Mars Hill” in downtown Fredericksburg for a number of years in addition to traveling nationally and internationally. David's passion is for the beauty of Jesus to be openly proclaimed and experienced by this generation and for a genuine, historic revival movement to be birthed in America and abroad through night and day prayer and mission. He and his wife Ashley have two children. |

Jimmy Maddox is the Operations Director of the FPF Missions Base, and also leads our “Josiah Project” ministry, an outreach and training arm of the Missions Base. Jimmy is gifted in management and discipleship, and has been charged by God to disciple a generation uniting sons and daughters with the heart of the Father. He has traveled in the US and abroad and has ministered from pulpits to street corners. He has a passion to train up a spiritual army from this generation with a focus on prayer, discipleship, and taking the message of the Gospel, signs, wonders and miracles to the streets. He and his wife Margaret have a daughter, Lexi. |

Ronnette Cooper is the Director of our Burn Internship, our primary training program at the FPF, and she helped found our Sozo ministry, which focuses on ministry in the supernatural. Ronnette, who has taught middle school in public schools, is known by many for her great capacity to love others. She is also very gifted in teaching, prophetic ministry, and deliverance ministry, and has a strong calling to the nations and international missions. Ronnette has cultivated over the years a personal history with God and a walk of faith, having seen many miracles in her own life and well as in many to whom she has ministered. |

Randy Martinez, the Director of the Prayer Room at FPF, has been a leader in his generation since his early teens as a worship leader and songwriter, prophetic speaker, intercessor, and preacher of the urgency of the hour. He has given himself to the pursuit of the knowledge of the “excellencies of Christ”, and his deep love for the Man Christ Jesus finds expression in his intercession, worship, and teaching. Randy is passionate to call forth his generation into the true knowledge of God and to personally live his life out of the place of intimacy with Jesus thru the Word of God and prayer. |

Teri Buck is the Director of the Joseph Project, our mercy ministry at the FPF, and is also co-founder with her husband Craig of The King’s Roundtable, a small business incubator to help others generate wealth for the Kingdom of God. A successful attorney and business person herself, Teri possesses a profound compassion for the poor and needy. She also has strong prophetic insight and wisdom, and carries a passion to see our community become a “city of refuge”, with the partnership of the church and the marketplace functioning as a key component of this reality. |

Beth Hislop serves our Prayer Room staff as a “chief musician”. She carries a remarkable gift as a worship leader, song writer, and artist, and bears a major role in this aspect of the Prayer Room. Beth’s life and heart is marked by her unusual capacity for deep intimacy with Jesus and for love for others that touches all around her. Beth has served as a worship leader with various national ministries, including the Cause, Bound4Life, and the Justice House of Prayer. She has a heart to raise up many in this hour to function in prophetic worship and intercession. |

Christi Gourley is our Mission Base bookkeeper and administrative assistant, having come to us from serving in the mission field in Bosnia, a Muslim nation in eastern Europe. Christi is a gifted administrator who demonstrates the beauty of servanthood and the faithfulness of Jesus while she carries a passion for justice for the oppressed and the unborn, as well as her obvious heart for the nations. |
